The prices are displayed alongside the product presentation. The product price is the price visible on the website at time of order. The prices are quoted in euros (EUR). Our product prices include VAT. Tax breakdown will be visible in the shopping basket and order confirmation.

Private customers can pay their orders via online bank service, credit card or MobilePay. The payment transfer service operator is Paytrail, offering also an invoicing option.

Our packing and delivery charges are added to the order total automatically:

Parcels in Finland: The delivery charge of €6,50 applies to orders below €50. If the order total is over €50, no dispatching nor cash on delivery charges apply.

Parcels to other EU countries: minimum order €200 and delivery cost €30.

Parcels outside EU: minimun order €200 and delivery cost €50. 

Notice that customs duties and taxes are not included in our price so you may be charged customs duties and taxes for your order.

We aim to deliver the ordered products by mail as soon as possible, usually within two days from the date of the order. If any of the ordered products has run out of stock, we will contact you. (Delivery time within 30 days from the date of the order, at the latest)


  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of delivery. 
  • The product must be returned to us unused and in its original condition.
  • In the case of customer damaged product, we reserve the right to charge the customer the product’s total value.
  • We check the condition of the returned product before refund.
  • If the order is cancelled before the order dispatch, no additional charges apply.
  • If the order is cancelled after dispatch, we reserve the right to charge the customer the amount equivalent of return delivery costs.

If the returned product is used, against the legislated buyer’s duty to preserve the goods, company has the right to charge the diminished value up to the full price of the product, in addition to return costs.

The delivery related costs, resulting from uncollected products without giving a cancellation notice, we charge the amount equivalent of delivery and return costs (€10).

If the delivered product is damaged, you can make a complaint of the faulty product.

We kindly ask you to provide us an image proof of the faulty product, and product’s serial number.
If the processing of the product defect requires further investigation, our customer service will inform you via email.
