COMPLAINT INSTRUCTIONS

All product feedback is highly appreciated. If your feedback is regarding a single product, we kindly ask you to provide us with your contact details, the product name and serial number (e.g. T14208GFG), that can be found on the packaging. Without this information, we are unfortunately unable to answer the product related enquiries, or compensate faulty products, that despite everything occur every now and then.

This is important also for the quality assurance and products’ traceability. We want to ensure that our tea always stays high-quality all the way to our customers.

In a case of the product requiring further investigation due to a peculiar deviation, we kindly ask you to send us a sample, unless it’s causing you unreasonable inconvenience.
